How it works for publishers
Step by step guide
Here is a walkthrough of the process and the things you need to get started as a publisher:
- Complete your profile
We need your details so that we can make payments to you for the guest posts and links you place. - Add your websites and pricing details
Add any websites that you own.
You can add pricing for guest posts, backlinks inserted into existing posts, toggle grey niches on and off, and set any additional requirements, such as your editorial guidelines. You can also select the languages you accept for links and posts.
This is the information that potential clients will see when they are browsing for websites to submit guest post/backlink orders. - Verify your website(s)
We need you to verify ownership of your websites by uploading a HTML file, adding a meta tag, or adding a DNS record.
This ensures no third-party or reseller can add your website.
You can get your web developer to do this simply by sending them the details directly from the verification page. - Wait for an order
Once your websites are verified and the details are completed they will be live in our database and buyers can then submit orders for guest posts/backlinks. When you receive an order you will be notified by email and it will appear in the My Orders section with information about placing the post/backlink on your website. You can also reject orders if they do not meet your editorial guidelines. - Receive your payment
Once you have placed the order and it is confirmed by the buyer, we will pay your earnings at the beginning of the following month following us having received the payment from the buyer. This will be sent to your PayPal email address in your profile.
How it works for buyers
Step by step guide
Here is a walkthrough of the process and the things you need to get started as a buyer:
- Complete your profile
We need your details so that we can take payments from you for the guest posts and links you place. - Browse for publisher websites that fit your needs
Filter websites by their pricing, target country, language, DA/PA/DR/traffic figures and other guidelines set by the publishers - Select a publisher website and create your order
When you create an order you will need to submit:
- A Google Doc link to your guest post text and images (for guest posts)
- A link to any additional images (for guest posts)
- Requested link placement page (for links)
- Your link URL(s) and anchor text(s)
- Any further details or requests
- Specify whether the link / post is grey or not (as the price might vary) - Submit your payment for the order
- By placing an order you agree to the price set for the website at the time the order is created. The publisher also agrees to the price they set. Note that there might be a different price for grey niche to normal.
- We hold the payment until the publisher publishes the guest post/link.
- In the rare case that the order is rejected by the publisher we will credit the funds back to your account. - Wait for the publisher to post your guest post/link
We will notify you when the publisher has completed your order.
You can then check and confirm the order is complete.
We then make payment to the publisher. - Optional: Track article and backlink status
Add your guest post and links to our tracking system and get alerts if the post, website or link attributes change. This will reassure you that the link stays live for the agreed time.
